1. We collaborate, communicate, and coordinate the services of our agencies. 2. We advocate for homeless people. 3. We plan and manage responses to needs through a continuum of care. 4. We participate in the 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness

4/24/13 - How is sequestration affecting YOUR organization?
A number of our HSN members attended the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Coalition for Housing meeting on 4/23/13. Along with other reports, Mr. Meachem, who is the new Executive Director with Charlotte Housing Authority, mentioned the e-blast that he released on Friday announcing how CHA is responding to the “$2.5 Million shortfall.” Read More...
1/23/13 - CoC Application for $4,000,000 NOFA Grant is COMPLETE!
The CoC/NOFA work group has recently completed the 2012-2013 Continuum of Care application for HUD. As a CoC, we have requested $4,000,000 for permanent supportive housing, supportive services, transitional housing, and HMIS activities. Read More...

Date: The Homeless Services Network meets on the 4th Thursday of each month.
Time: 8:30am (Our meetings usually end by 10:00am.)
